2. Services Provided

We offer web design, development, and digital marketing services as specified in our project proposal or service agreement. Any additional services will require a separate agreement or addendum.

3. Project Scope and Changes

The scope of work is defined in the project proposal or agreement. Any changes or additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, and any necessary resources for project completion. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are structured according to the agreed proposal.
  • A deposit of 20% is required to start the project, with the balance due upon project milestones or completion.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the Client will receive ownership of the final website and its associated design. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty and Support

  • We offer a 15 days warranty period for addressing any errors or bugs.
  • Ongoing support and maintenance services may be available under a separate agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared for the purposes of the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or digital services provided.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Any outstanding payments for completed work will still be due upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
